Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged. Contact us immediately with your order number, photos of damaged items, and name of product so that we may issue store credit for replacement.

what do i do if i received the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong product, you must contact us within 5 days after delivery date to be eligible for an exchange. After 5 days, we can not offer you an exchange..
